This is just a quick note. I will look up a link for it later, but I need to let you know about smart objects in PSE. If you drag an eeenlmt (or photo, or paper, or whatever) from the bin at the bottom of eeenlmts onto your layout it adds the object as a smart object. A smart object is a vector based object. You can size it up and once you hit enter (or click the green check mark) it rethinks the object and adds pixels accordingly. I like using this trick on small phone photos. I can make them a bit larger and not loose quality.I will find a link and come back later to post more info.
